I’m Laurie Kennedy — a licensed clinical social worker with twenty-five years of practice. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, and the quieter, harder questions about relationships and self.

This is a journey we take together.
Many people arrive carrying something that has been hard to name — a low hum of anxiety, a weight that does not lift, a relationship that keeps repeating the same argument. Psychotherapy offers a steady, confidential place to set that down.
Together, we look at the patterns underneath symptoms — the older stories, the protective habits, the parts of yourself that have had to be strong for a long time. From there, we work on more effective ways to cope, to relate, and to live.
